Hi, I'm Gareth. I'm a software engineer, architect and principal consultant.

I'm currently on my second stint with Thoughtworks in Australia.

I've worked as a CTO, head of engineering, software engineer, tech lead and delivery person. Right now I'm enjoying being hands-on-keyboard again and exploring how LLMs and agents change the way software gets made.
